RMH aims to spread positivity and awareness to as many people as we can, there is a stigma and we don't like it. We aim to help as many people as we can through talking, fundraising, friendship building and many more ways.
We put this group together to raise funds for as many different charities as we can, we have now evolved into going out into the communities and paying it forward. We want more people to know what steps there are for them after they very bravely talk about their feelings.
Respect Mental Health promises to stay loyal to our followers and always push to break down the stigma surrounding mental health, we will help as many people as we can, be open to talk on the phone to those who need us and we promise to remain confidential unless there is immediate danger to yourself or those around you.
“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.” Fred Rogers
